They serve authentic Seychelles cuisine out of their gorgeous gazebo set-up, which means delicious curries (options range from goat to octopus), wraps stuffed to the brim with chicken and fish and delicious bite sized snack available with an option of their own homemade chilli sauce.
The concept of Vinn Goute culminated from three separate strands: their family (lots of chefs), their food and their country. The Seychelles are a beautiful group of islands scattered in the Indian Ocean surrounded by an abundance of fish and seafood with an indigenous and harmonious population. The island’s culinary influences are from Asia, Africa and Europe and this is reflected in their delicious recipes.
