Wallace and Sons founded by chef John Wallace who, after 12 years as a chef, decided it was time to embark on his journey to becoming a street food trader serving his favourite kind of food - Pan Asian dumplings and bao buns.
Since starting, Wallace and Sons have taken Manchester by storm with their Pan Asian street food and have even picked up a few awards on the way including the 2018 Judges Choice British Street Food Awards in the Midlands and they were also a finalist in the 2018 British Street Food Awards.
Wallace and Sons serve all of their tasty Asian treats from their green market stall that can squeeze into even the snuggest of spaces and is great for all kinds of events.
