Wild Pizza Co. make Neapolitan style sourdough pizzas from a unique recipe. Their dough is cold proofed for 3 days to develop flavour and structure. They use the finest local and Italian ingredients to top their pizzas and cook them in a traditional wood-fired oven.
They have a beautifully converted horse trailer as well as a larger oven, which they use with a gazebo. Their pizzas include the classic much-loved Margherita as well as lesser-known options such as their Tartufu, made with portobello mushrooms, mozzarella, white truffle old and breadcrumbs which is not to be missed!
They’ve catered for couples at some of the most beautiful wedding venues in the UK and they’ve also had the privilege to make pizza at lots of other private parties and corporate events.
