Right back In 1742, George William Wilton started his business as a lone oysterman operating his barrow out of the London's Haymarket. Now over 250 years later, the Wilton family are ensuring their ancestors legacy by serving the country's very best oysters at events all over the county!
Family member Georgie is the current Wilton carrying on the tradition and she's full of the same passion and drive that her forefather was all those years ago! The oysters themselves are sourced seasonally from across the country are always the very finest on offer at that time. They take decadent to a whole new level!
The oysters will be served out of one of their beautiful carts that will add some real character to your event and add a genuine touch of rustic class that will have your guests seriously impressed.
