Wood Fired Wonders is run by husband and wife team Katie and Alex. With over 30 years combined experience in the catering industry, they have a real passion for food and service and take great pride in their business.
Their journey to become a street food business began in 2014 whilst road-tripping in Italy. They finished their three-week-long culinary pilgrimage through Italy in Naples, the home of sourdough pizza, and after their first bite, they were hooked! They went back home and bought a Landy, fitted it with a traditional Neapolitan pizza oven and the rest is history.
The team stay committed to only using the finest ingredients they can source to ensure their Pizza remains of the highest standard. Their mozzarella comes from Somerset, pepperoni from Yorkshire and they only use San Marzano tomatoes. You can book these guys right here!
