We understand that during this difficult time, it’s more important than ever to bring our customers security and peace of mind. That’s why our expert team is on hand to help you every step of the way. 

It's easy to postpone: You can move your event date, with no admin costs.

Group sizes can change: If restrictions on gatherings change, you can amend party sizes.

Cancellations are flexible: Cancel up to 45 days before your event date, and only pay the 10% deposit.

Your money is safe: Payments are held securely and are only passed onto the supplier after your event. If a supplier is unable to fulfil your event, we'll find a replacement or issue a full refund.

We aim for the highest standard: We’re checking in with each supplier to ensure they have all the equipment needed to keep you and your guests safe.
