We have a range of suppliers that provide catering services to Liverpool's surrounding areas including; Merseyside, Wirral, Prescot, Birkenhead and Southport.
Each supplier will bring everything they need to your event. Their setup (usually a food truck, market stall or mobile bar), their produce, their equipment and whatever container they’re serving the food and drink from. If you’d rather the food served off bone china plates, you’re probably going to have to provide them yourself, but just chat to your supplier and they’ll let you know!
We don’t do one size fits all, so the answer can vary a lot. As a guideline though, you’d be looking to spend a minimum of £7 per head for a main, but it's more likely to cost between £10 and £15 per person. Mobile bars cost between £10 and £20 per person, per event.
