Baz and Fred
Baz & Fred are two great friends who just happen to have founded one of London’s top street food pizza joints, not bad work lads! Their mobile pizza oven, the Chadwick (handily invented by Baz’s godfather), enables them to be incredibly versatile and serve expertly made pizza from just about any location.
The Dough Shack
The Dough Shack sell Neapolitan Wood-fired Pizza from the back of their converted vans. Their dough is made fresh daily, and their produce comes from local suppliers. Lots of the ingredients come straight from Italy and others from local butchers and farmers’ markets, which makes their pizzas really stand out.
Dough and Deer
Dough&Deer fitted out their first military Green Land Rover Defender which they rescued from an airfield in Somerset and custom fit it with a fantastic wood-fired Pizza oven. The oven can reach soaring temperatures of 600 degrees and is capable of cooking a 10-inch pizza in just 90 seconds! Not much queueing for your guests then...

Skilfully proved dough results in wonderfully soft and smokey crusts, and their flavours range from classic Italian offerings like rocket and spicy sausage to unique ones, like confit duck and hoisin sauce. Many of our traders offer pizza customisation for weddings and corporate events and having one of them cater for you is a stunningly simple and classic choice. Fire & Dough serve their wood-fired pizzas from delightful converted vintage horse boxes, with delicious toppings like chargrilled Mediterranean veg and Fior De Mozzarella, and smoked rare breed bacon and pineapple.

How much does pizza catering cost?
The cost for a pizza caterer varies based on party size and which caterer you choose. As a guideline, the minimum spend per person for food is around £7.
Can pizza suppliers cook inside?
As a lot of smoke is produced when they wood fire or stone bake their pizzas, our mobile pizza caterers cannot cook inside, but look wonderful and work perfectly at outdoor events! If you only have indoor space to work with we have plenty more caterers who are happy to cook inside with their own setup or from the kitchen at your venue. Just pop this information in your booking request and we will let you know what’s possible.
Can the trader cater for dietary requirements?
Many of our pizza suppliers offer gluten free and vegan pizzas, so you don’t have to worry about any guests with dietary requirements, and all of the suppliers also have vegetarian offerings on their menus. Let us know any dietary needs when you enquire online and we will find a suitable caterer. We also have a range of other suppliers that offer delicious dairy free, kosher and halal street food!
What is included in the price?
Our suppliers will bring everything they need to your event. This includes their setup (a vehicle or market stall), their produce, their equipment and the containers in which their food or drink is served. If there is anything very specific that you’d like, like personalised plates or pizza boxes, you might have to provide them yourself! Talk to your supplier using our online chat system and they will answer any questions you might have.
