The British Heart Foundation London to Brighton charity bike-ride has taken place each summer since 1976 and involves an estimated 30,000 riders. The BHF first brought in the help of Feast It to manage a line-up of street food and drink suppliers to provide hard-earned refreshments for the riders and their friends and families. Feast It worked at the event again, managing 10 street-food suppliers, 3 coffee suppliers, and 3 bar set-ups across the Clapham and Brighton sites.

Feast It worked closely with the BHF team to curate a line up of food and bar suppliers to suit the demographic. Food suppliers were selected for the event based on their ability to turn around between 200-300 portions per hour, keeping queue times at a minimum whilst maintaining the Feast It standard of quality.
Thanks to the data we collected at the event through our EPOS systems, we had unparalleled knowledge of the attendees' cuisine and menu-item preferences. We were able to learn from this data to improve the food offering in subsequent events to best suit this audience.
