Our award winning Pastel de Nata is truly special. Each one of our Portuguese custard tarts is handmade from scratch, our pastry uses 100% pure British butter and organic flour and the filling is made using traditional Portuguese baking methods. Our unique recipe achieves the perfect balance between a crispy, flaky pastry and a creamy, smooth custard filing which makes for some of the best Pastel de Nata this side of Lisbon (or so our customers say).
Valentines, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, you name it, we can personalise and create Nata inspired desserts for any occasion. Our signature Pastel de Nata recipe works as canvas for wherever your imagination takes you. Topped with soft serve ice cream or rippled cream and decorated with a variety of toppings and sauces, our Pastel de Nata creations will make your event one to remember.
We have a wide variety of Swiss Roll flavour combinations, from almond and doce de ovos (a traditional thick Portuguese custard), strawberries and cream to chocolate and cherry, the possibilities are endless when it comes to our tortas. Inspired by the iconic Ginjinha do Rossio (a very popular sour cherry drink in Lisbon) we bring you one of our most popular orders, a beautiful tart made with a family recipe chocolate mousse, sour cherry jam and ginjinha soaked cherries all encased in an organic cocoa shortcrust pastry case. Available in big sizes works wonders as a centre piece at your dessert table and in a small version it's the perfect chocolate treat as part of our afternoon tea and sweet canapes offer.
Pão de Ló is a very popular cake in Portugal, and we wanted to bring our love for this Portuguese custard lava cake to our customers table. A super soft and light sponge with a creamy custard filling make it the perfect dessert for your event. Also available in chocolate and small sizes. Our serving suggestion: cinnamon ice cream for the vanilla custard version and a vanilla ice cream to accompany the chocolate one.
Our empadas are one of the most popular savouries amongst our customers. Available in many different flavours such as chicken & chorizo, leek & sweetcorn, salt cod & cream, courgette & peppers, there's something for everyone, from meat lovers, pescatarians and vegetarians, our pies can even be made vegan upon request. We can make them in 3 different sizes, mini are perfect for canapes, medium empadas are ideal for a snack and a big version of our pies are the best for a meal to share with your family, friends or colleagues. Make it a great meal by asking us to serve a selection of our pies with a colourful and healthy salad bar.
