Le Bab is a contemporary, gastronomic kebab house. Starting the business in 2014, three friends Stephen Toze, Edward Brunet and Manu Canales felt that they had something to add to the London kebab scene and so created their own modern type of kebab at their first restaurant in Soho, Le Bab. Since then, they have opened a second restaurant, Maison Bab in Covent Garden, and they have another one on the way. On top of this, they are also available for events!
Their dishes combine the traditions of charcoal-grilled kebabs with the finest British free-range meats and organic vegetables. Their chefs have Michelin-star pedigree and their menu is constantly changing with the seasons. Everything you eat is made by them, in-house, from scratch.
They have been given outstanding reviews by the Sunday Times, Timeout and the Daily Mail, and as well as that they’ve been nominated as the best kebab house in Britain.
