Van Dough bake beautiful handmade sourdough pizza in a wood fired oven, all from the back of their absolutely gorgeous 1970 Citroen HY van.
Above all, they strive to make delicious pizza, and delicious pizza is made by using the best quality natural ingredients.
All their dough is made in small batches and slow risen for at least 24 hours. It's made with the help of lovingly nurtured sourdough (just ask them if you'd like a jar of it to make your own sourdough bread).
The olives come from the legendary Kamil, who runs My Olive Branch and trades at Brockley Market, while the pepperoni and charcuterie comes from John and Jose who run Moons Green, a small East Sussex farm.
