Welcome to Vegals. After years of never being able to find a classic vegan bagel in London, Vegals took to their kitchen creating recipes inspired by our favourite delicatessens in New York and London.
Vegals launched in February 2018 at Vegan Nights on Brick Lane, and the bagels went down a storm. They decided to then take their idea and make it happen by setting up a stall at the city’s best street-food markets and events.
They now make a great selection of delicious bagels fully loaded with tasty all-vegan fillings - they are the proud purveyors of London's first vegan salt beef bagel! As well as their unbelievably tasty vegan salt beef bagel made with salt beef seitan, smoked Gouda, pickle and mustard, they also have a vegan version of the much-loved smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel.
